Payment and Fees
Cancellations and Refunds
1. No Cancellation/Refund for Active Bookings
Once a booking has commenced (i.e., the start date/time has already begun), no cancellations or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.
2. Advance Bookings (Future Start Date)
If a user cancels a booking before the booking start date, 70% of the total booking amount will be refunded. The remaining 30% will be retained as a cancellation charge.
3. Refund Processing Time
Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days through the original mode of payment.
4. Non-Refundable Charges
Any applicable taxes, transaction fees, or convenience charges will not be refunded.
5. Modification Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, date changes are not permitted. Users will need to cancel (if eligible) and create a new booking.
